Lake Nashoba is an ancient place that was carved millions of years ago from a glacier. For years it was left untouched until the Native Americans came to make it home. But those happy years were soon turned upside down when European settlers began to come to the America's, taking the Indian's lands and pushing them further and further into the forests of Kanan. Slowly the Natives began to diminish until all that remained was their corpses which eventually turned into the earth. The lands by which they lived were preserved and a bustling town built around them. It is said that those grounds are haunted by the spirits of the Native Americans and are only ventured onto by the daring. Wild horse herds and wolf packs still roam the woods but are a rare sight to catch. The town has modernized and turned into a tourist attraction.
